Packing Your Hospital Bag

It is really important to pack your hospital bag in the last few weeks of your third trimester just in case it’s go time. I wasn’t aware of its significance the first time around and just went with what the hospital provided me. With my second delivery, I was much better prepared and thankful for what I packed because it helped my recovery tremendously. In fact because of it, I didn’t mind staying in the hospital for longer it almost felt like a hotel stay!
