Let's Talk: How Do I Get My Workouts in Being a Mom?
This is the question I get asked most when it comes to fitness. You have a young child, how do you manage to workout let alone so often? I figured the best way to explain it is through the video below:
HIGHLIGHTS:
I make it a high priority to myself and make sure everyone around me knows as well
I joined a group fitness studio that forces me to commit to my workouts
I schedule workouts in advance and constantly re-assess when I can workout next
To conserve my energy as a young mother, I would try to nap at any opportunity I could
Currently I gather my energy by using a suitable pre-workout about half hour prior to my exercise
