Baby Steps to Get Into Hot Yoga

Hot yoga is one of the best things you can do for your body. It’s therapeutic and a great way to stretch and lean out your body. I know the heat and a combination of a workout or yoga flow can be intimidating so here’s the baby steps I take when I’m starting a new hot yoga studio or if you’re trying to become consistent at going to hot yoga.
