I love starting my Mondays with movement at Pilates. I’ve been doing Pilates for over a year now, and I’m absolutely in love with how it’s transformed my body. Join me as I get ready with my hot water lemon tea and dress cute for my workout class.

I’ve been looking forward to this concert — all my life. I’m so glad they’re doing a world tour to give everyone a chance to finally see them in concert. They’re almost 50 years old and it’s 30 years later, they were even better. I loved all of it - truly brought out my best 8 year old self and made my childhood dreams come true.

Baby Steps to Get Into Hot Yoga

Hot yoga is one of the best things you can do for your body. It’s therapeutic and a great way to stretch and lean out your body. I know the heat and a combination of a workout or yoga flow can be intimidating so here’s the baby steps I take when I’m starting a new hot yoga studio or if you’re trying to become consistent at going to hot yoga.
