I love starting my Mondays with movement at Pilates. I’ve been doing Pilates for over a year now, and I’m absolutely in love with how it’s transformed my body. Join me as I get ready with my hot water lemon tea and dress cute for my workout class.

• Pilates socks - best brand of grip socks, cutest designs and usually also sold at Pilates studios

• Le Ore Jumpsuit - no longer available, so I’ve linked a similar jumpsuit by one of my faves Cali activewear brand

• Headband

• Best water bottle - I’ve been carrying this everywhere with me for years, it’s how I get all my water in because of how easy it is with this water bottle.

What I actually wear in a week: Pilates, hot yoga, beach and park outfits

Dressing the part makes a difference for me. As an active mom, I notice when I dress more like a bum to these occasions I’m either in a rush for a super sweaty workout or I’m not feeling myself. You’re investing in yourself — look cute while you’re doing it too and feel the change ✨
